Test Fit Concepts

This client was relocating their business to a larger unit in an office building where they already ran a sleep clinic. The new unit was going to be about twice the size of their existing leased space and the Tenant approached our firm to prepare preliminary test fit layout concepts. The preferred design option that best satisfied business operational requirements was shared with the Landlord who was responsible for building the office per a turn-key lease agreement.
