Front Facade Renovation Concepts

The Homeowner at this 1970s semi-detached wanted to explore design possibilities to enhance curb appeal of the house. The main driver was to remove the existing mansard roof which dominates the existing front facade, and conceive of a more modern looking house. Rooflines could be altered, but all door and window openings were to remain as-is to minimize impacts to interior spaces. Dozens of sketch were prepared and eventually a shortlist of design options was narrowed down after Homeowner feedback.
